HOW TO RETURN A PACKAGE?

We understand that sometimes the product just doesn’t meet your expectations. Of course, we get it. You have 45 days to return your order from the moment you receive it. Once we receive your return, we will refund the full purchase amount within 7 business days.

The package should be sent in its original packaging. Remember to properly secure the returned goods to avoid damage.

Do not tape the original box directly, as this does not provide sufficient protection and forces us to discard a box that could still be reused. We hope, like us, you want to reduce waste.

We’re sorry, but we currently cannot offer direct exchanges for products. However, don’t worry! Just follow our return policy and place a new order for the product you want. HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM?

Hey! We're glad you chose our products. Guess what? Everything you buy from us comes with a one-year warranty. If you notice anything wrong with the product you bought – whether it’s a factory defect or something wore out faster than it should – let us know! Just show us proof of purchase, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Depending on the issue, we’ll either repair your item or replace it with a brand new one.

If your purchased items need our attention, send us photos of them at help@magicalshoes24.com or use the form. Download the form. We’ll assess the situation, and if necessary, we’ll ask you to send the product back so we can take a closer look at the issue. This will help us prevent similar situations in the future.

Please also remember that there are certain situations where a warranty claim may not be accepted. This includes, for example, mechanical damage caused by improper use, worn-out soles from walking, water damage (yes, washing in the machine counts too!), or inadequate care.
