The teacher of Movement, Yoga, Animal Flow, Calisthenics and Natural Running which he treats not as art for art’s sake but the basis for each everyday activity. As a preparation for what one cannot predict.
He is a practitioner of yoga breathing methods, Wim Hof and Buteyko; mindfulness and active meditation; Tao and Zen philosophy. A minimalist on most points of existence. He values inner peace because it gives him strength; and he works on strength as it allows you to stay calm.
He graduated from, among others postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Rehabilitation of the Warsaw University of Physical Education and an 8-week, certified Mindfulness course as well as courses and workshops of movement, yoga and massage with teachers from around the world. He is a Master of Civil Engineering.
