Step 1

Prepare an A4 sheet of paper, a pen or pencil, and a ruler. Place the paper on the floor against a wall. Stand on the paper with your heel touching the wall. Important: do not press your heel too hard against the wall.

Step 2

Holding the pen or pencil vertically, draw a line where your longest toe ends. Important! Depending on the shape of your foot, this point could be the tip of the big toe or the second toe.

Step 3

If you dont know which foot is longer, repeat the process for the other foot. Using the ruler, measure the distance from the beginning of the paper to the longest point of your foot.

Step 4

After determining the length of the longer foot, add the appropriate amount of mm to the foot length and choose the corresponding size from the product's size chart.

If your measurement falls exactly between two sizes, choose the larger size!
