We hope you love your Magical Shoes. However, if the size is not right or something else doesn’t fit, you have 30 days to send the package back to us. After receiving the product, we will send you a refund for all the expenses you incurred during the purchase.

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. You can return your current order and order the new desired item through our store.

All our products are covered by a one-year warranty. If your shoes are defective or did not last as long as they should have, please contact us.

After receiving the returned shoes from you, please allow a 7-day (business days) processing period for the full purchase amount to be refunded to your chosen bank account/PayPal account/PayU.
