Single balance beam for balancing - Magical Beam Single
  • Single Module: One rod + two connectors

Our original design, on which we worked for a long time, has been perfected in every detail. The balance beam is made entirely of very hard and durable beech wood, capable of withstanding heavy loads. It is the only balance beam of its kind available on the market. It is not permanently screwed together, so it can be easily disassembled. It is assembled using a peg that fits into holes in the legs, ensuring the beam rests securely on the supports and does not rotate.

Life is about balance

Improving balance

Regular exercises on a balance beam strengthen the muscles responsible for maintaining balance, which improves stability during daily activities.

Increasing body awareness

Balancing helps to increase proprioception, the awareness of body position and movement in space, which is crucial in many sports and daily tasks.

Strengthening the feet

Barefoot training on the balance beam improves toe grip, and through constant balancing, it massages the feet. It's one of the best tools to strengthen and activate the muscles of the feet.

Balance for the body, strength for the feet

Exercises performed barefoot activate the foot muscles fully, leading to their strengthening. Regular balancing on the beam improves the strength of stabilizing muscles, which is key to the health and function of feet in daily life.

Strengthening the lower body

Training on the balance beam engages the muscles of the legs, glutes, hips, and feet, improving their strength and endurance.

Improving coordination

Exercises on the balance beam require the simultaneous work of many muscle groups, developing coordination and precision of movements.

Injury prevention

Strengthening stabilizing muscles and improving balance reduces the risk of injury, especially in the ankle, knee, and hip joints.

Strong feet and full body control

At first glance, it looks like a toy for children. Nothing could be further from the truth! The balance beam is a natural training tool (MOVEMENT) that will give you full control over your body, strengthen your feet, and correct overlapping toes. Walking barefoot on it will activate every foot muscle, and your toes will improve their grip (yes, your toes should be trained too). However, there are many more benefits. Performing exercises on beams forces full concentration, helping you to perform them correctly and thus developing technique. As a result, you protect your body from injuries. To further strengthen your feet, it’s worth getting toe separators and a toe stretching band.

Balance beam - Small space, complete workout

Don't have time to hit the gym? The weather outside isn’t favorable, so outdoor exercise isn’t appealing? Your apartment doesn't have space for exercise equipment? No problem. The Magical Beam balance beam is designed to fit into any free space. You can safely train anywhere by performing simple or more complex exercises. You can train at home, in the garden, on the balcony, or in the park, outdoors.

After the workout, the set can be stored upright anywhere, so it doesn't take up free space.
