Children's barefoot shoes for autumn and winter - OLAF GRAY
OLAF are autumn/winter barefoot boots for children made from natural leather (suede + smooth) with a warm lining. Instead of laces or a zip, they use two hook-and-loop straps so kids can do it themselves. Barefoot design — wide forefoot, completely flat and very flexible sole — supports natural foot development. The protective rim helps guard the upper from scuffs; the tread pattern helps self-clean mud and snow. Ideal for everyday wear — from preschool to the first snow.

- Nourish with leather balm/conditioner
- Air-dry at room temp, away from heat/sun
- Re-proof every 2–4 weeks (sprays available in our store)

OLAF uses two hook-and-loop straps instead of laces + zip — faster, simpler, more independent. Materials, lining and barefoot philosophy are the same.
Yes — warm lining, barefoot design (wide toe box, zero-drop, flexible sole) and quick straps make OLAF ideal for daily winter and late-autumn use.
About –5 °C, depending on activity and socks. For long play in heavy, wet snow choose true snow boots.
The shoes are not waterproof. Regular re-proofing improves moisture resistance and leather longevity.
Measure standing heel-to-toe and add 7–9 mm allowance; for thicker socks add 1–2 mm.
Best for medium and high insteps; straps adjust volume quickly.
Yes — add a thin, flat insole (felt/merino/foil). The factory insole is not removable; place the extra layer on top. Suitable insoles are available in our Magical Shoes store.
