Hanna Krześniak

Physiotherapist

Hanna Krześniak graduated from the Academy of Physical Education in Warsaw at the Faculty of Physiotherapy. She participates in courses, trainings, conferences, and currently she is working on her doctoral thesis on flat-valgus, and she already has a number of scientific and popular science publications to her credit.

In her professional career, Hanna worked in a sports club, conducting physiotherapy consultations and trainings for people with motor organs problems. At the same time, she conducted hydrotherapy classes in the swimming pool, most often with children with disabilities or posture defects. Currently, she works mainly with patients with foot ailments, children and adults with posture defects, runners and women recovering after childbirth. She values a holistic approach, looking for the cause of the problem, not just treating the symptoms. In achieving better therapeutic effects she also uses diagnostics and pedobarographic examination of the feet, along with the preparation of individual orthopedic insoles.

As part of the promotion of preventive health care and sharing knowledge about the possibilities of physiotherapy, she gives lectures in cultural and sports centers. She publishes materials on popular thematic blogs, as well as acts as an expert in television programs.

Privately, wife and mother, passionate about mountain trips, natural running and open water swimming, recently she also started to train swimrun.
