Step 1
Prepare an A4 sheet of paper, a pen or pencil, and a ruler. Place the paper on the floor against a wall. Stand on the paper with your heel touching the wall. Important: do not press your heel too hard against the wall.
Step 2
Holding the pen or pencil vertically, draw a line where your longest toe ends. Important! Depending on the shape of your foot, this point could be the tip of the big toe or the second toe.
Step 3
If you dont know which foot is longer, repeat the process for the other foot. Using the ruler, measure the distance from the beginning of the paper to the longest point of your foot.
Step 4
After determining the length of the longer foot, add the appropriate amount of mm to the foot length and choose the corresponding size from the product's size chart.
If your measurement falls exactly between two sizes, choose the larger size!

- First, remove dirt with a dry brush.
- Wipe the shoes with a damp cloth to remove dust.
- For stubborn dirt, use a damp brush with shoe cleaner or soap.
- Regularly apply leather conditioner or balm to prevent cracking.
- If the shoes get wet, let them dry at room temperature, avoiding sunlight and heat sources.

No, Emma shoes cannot be washed in a washing machine. Unfortunately, the materials used do not allow for this. The shoes should be cleaned with a brush or wiped with a damp cloth and soap. After cleaning, they should be dried at room temperature. If the shoes need cleaning inside, they should be hand-washed in lukewarm water with soap and then dried at room temperature.
