Not every surface is 100% suitable for walking. In such cases, one can find the perfect compromise between protection and freedom – children's sandals. Now, let's summarize what children's sandals (and shoes in general) should be like.
Such shoes should be:
completely flat (zero drop), so as not to teach improper foot placement (starting from the heel). maximally flexible, so they do not pinch, block, or hinder the child's foot in any way. made of natural materials to avoid causing allergic reactions in the child. These are, in our opinion, the THREE MINIMUM conditions for a child to feel comfortable in their shoes. Comfortable children's barefoot sandals - JANU
JANU is our new model, designed primarily with safety and comfort in mind. They are intended for the youngest users, taking their first steps, as well as for those who are starting to explore the world. The upper covers the child’s delicate toes, protecting them from cuts. However, the covered toes have additional functions. From experience, we know that the youngest children, when walking in sandals with only straps, instinctively and unnaturally raise their toes (having free space), so the closed front helps them place their feet in a natural way, just like walking barefoot. The sandals are still very flexible and do not restrict the child's freedom in any way. The Velcro straps allow for an adjustable fit but should not cause any discomfort or irritation to the child's skin.
In this case, we also used leather, which is easy to care for and clean, making it perfect for many summer adventures.
The sole is completely flat, which should be the foundation of any children's footwear. This way, natural foot movement is encouraged during walking, improving sensitivity, balance, and muscle strengthening.

The next model is designed for older children who are already moving confidently and have a well-formed gait. The DUDI model fits the foot perfectly, thanks to three adjustable straps that ensure a secure fit, while not restricting freedom of movement in any way.
DUDI is made from high-quality leather, and the insole is made from vegetable-tanned leather. This ensures safety for the child's skin. In addition, the leather provides ease of cleaning and refreshing, which means they will serve even the most active child for a long time.
As with the JANU model, the sole is completely flat and incredibly flexible, and the placement of the straps does not squeeze the child’s toes, allowing the feet to move naturally.

Finally, we present one of our most popular models - Coco. More enclosed than the JANU model, they are suitable for longer trips where more protection is needed. However, thanks to their construction and the use of natural cowhide leather, the child’s foot breathes all the time. Nothing causes chafing or interferes with the natural, free movement of the body.
