Single balance beam – MAGICAL BEAM
This is our original project, on which we have been working for a long time and it has been prepared down to the finest detail. The balance beam is made entirely of very hard and durable beech wood that can withstand very heavy loads. This balance beam is one of its kind on the market. It is not screwed permanently, so it can easily be disassembled. You put it together with a dowel that enters the holes in the legs, thanks to that the bar lies stably on the supports and does not rotate.
Single balance beam – Strong foot and full body control
At first sight, it looks like a kids’ toy. Not at all! The balance beam is a tool for natural training (MOVEMENT) that will allow you to gain the full body control, strengthen your foot and correct overlapping toes. As you walk on it barefoot, you will activate every muscle in your foot and your toes will improve their grip (yes, toes should exercise too). However, there are many more advantages than that. Doing exercises on the beams forces you to concentrate fully in order to perform them correctly, thus developing your technique. As a result, you protect your body from injuries. In order to strengthen your feet even more, you had better also buy toe separators and a tape for stretching your toes.
Balance beam – little space, complete training
You do not have time to show up at the gym? The weather outside is rather dreary, so outdoor activity would not be fun? There is no space for exercising accessories in your apartment? No problem. The balance beam Magical Beam has been designed to adapt to any free space. You can easily train anywhere by doing both simple and more complex exercises. You can exercise at home, in the garden, on the balcony or in the park, outdoors.
After training, the set can be placed vertically in any place so that it does not take up any free space.
